I had new timber-framed double-glazed sashes put into existing frames, in four rooms in my small Victorian terraced house.\ The team were very easy to have in the house, took great care with all their work, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day - helpful in a small house.\ The house is warmer and quieter as a result. The windows are all in keeping with the Victorian house, which was very important to me, and work beautifully.\ HSWS did a very good job with what turned out to be more complicated than first thought, and I am extremely happy with the final result.

Rob Gill is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and a lucid, friendly,  communicator. His small specialist team have completed excellent works, used quality fittings, and undertaken fine craftsmanship in refurbishing old sashes. This has resulted in now smooth and  easy opening windows, with no draughts or noise;  plus the house was left spotlessly clean.  All in all, an excellent result on a far from simple project, with major improvement to the property.

Excellent company to deal with. Andy and his team repaired/reconditioned 3 windows on our top floor - now look fantastic, operate smoothly and no draught!

I am over the moon with my new double-glazed sliding sash windows.  When Rob first came over to look at the job, I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.  The depth of my sashes were a little unusual but Rob was able to overcome this difficulty to come up with a solution.  The whole team was equally professional, and I highly recommend the company.  It is also great to know that it is a family-run business and local.

I am delighted with  my refurbished windows-they look amazing.  I wish I’d realised I could have my sash windows refurbished before I had 2 UPVC replacement sash windows in other rooms last year. The refurbished ones are better in every way -hands down!! Rob and Dan were professional, kept a clean and tidy work site - and were trustworthy. Also listened and answered my questions. I cannot praise them enough.
